Accommodation: exclusively in available double studios for max. 26 people
Period: 01.08.2024 (from 3 pm) to 15.08.2024 (until 9 am) - earlier depending on availability
Catering: self-catering
- Please bring your own bed linen and crockery
- Alternative: Possibility to rent bed linen and crockery for an extra charge

- Bed linen (cover for sheet and cushion, sheet): Euro 40
- Crockery box: Euro 70
Prices per person:
- 1 double studio new building houses A/B: Euro á 520/person and week
- 5 double studios standard houses A/B: Euro á 326/person and week
- 3 double studios house C: Euro á 502/person and week
- 4 double studios house D (with balcony): Euro á 555/person and week
The studios must/should always be double occupied - otherwise the above price will be doubled.
Terms of payment:
- Deposit: Euro 150 per person - payable by 15.07.2024
Deposit refund: Euro 100 will be refunded as the maximum possible amount of the deposit upon proper handover.

This means that Euro 50 for the final cleaning is included in the deposit. Any damage (documented) will be deducted from the deposit.
- The number of persons + list of desired flatmates must be communicated to Academia Vocalis 10 days before moving in
- The rent for the booked number of persons must be transferred to Academia Vocalis by 15 July 2024 before moving in.
- The reserved studios, which are booked from the fixed date (10 days before moving in), are - regardless of subsequent developments
in full, including the agreed deposit, to the account of Academia Vocalis by 15 July 2024.
Contract/processing:
- The contractual partner is Academia Vocalis/Mrs Gabriele Madersbacher.
All administrative procedures are carried out exclusively between Mrs Madersbacher
and the tenant (payment processing, handover of documents/keys, communication, etc.).
Included in the price:
- Fully furnished studios with kitchen and bathroom/WC
- Electricity, water, heating, W-Lan included
- Caretaker service (included in the rental price)
- TV/SAT connection in every room
- Shared kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob) and sun terrace
- Roof terrace
- Washing machine and tumble dryer rooms (use for a fee)
- 1 x intermediate cleaning included in the price
- High level of security thanks to daily patrols by the security service and adherence to the night-time quiet hours
- Lockable bicycle cellar
- Lockable rooms also in the double studios and shared flats
Our house rules and the currently valid residence statutes, version 09/23, apply.
Hausordnung / House rules
• Nachtruhe ab 23:00 Uhr / night rest from 11 p.m.
• Keine Wäsche im Zimmer/in den Studios aufhängen (Schimmel!) / Laundry may not be hung up in the room (mold!)
• Musik nur in Zimmerlautstärke spielen / Music is allowed to play only in room volume.
• Übernachtungsgäste sind NICHT erlaubt! / Overnight guests are NOT allowed!
• Keine Schuhabtreter und keine Schuhe im Gang stehen lassen (Fluchtweg) / Do not leave door mats or shoes in the corridor (escape route).
• Stoßlüften (Schimmelgefahr) / Ventilate the rooms at regular intervals (risk of mold).
• Auf die Mitbewohner:innen ist Rücksicht zu nehmen. / Show respect to fellow residents/room mates.
• Grillen auf den Terrassen ist verboten (Feuergefahr) / Barbecueing on the terraces is forbidden (danger of fire)
• Mülltrennung / Waste separation
• Keine Nägel, Kleber an Wände / No nails, glues on wall!
